I was lucky enough to capture this Barred Owl right off our porch here in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan. These are also known as a Hoot Owl, or Barn Owl. They have a beautiful Spring courtship call that sounds just like they are saying "Who-Cooks-For-You". I posted a link to a YouTube video so you can experience exactly how they sounds. BEAUTIFUL Bird of Prey. I just love Owls!
